Rental Pricing Terms and Conditions for Plaza
6+2 Condition:
The rental agreement follows a 6+2 condition, requiring the tenant to provide advance payment for six months’ rent and an additional two months’ security deposit before occupying the premises.
Advance Payment:
The tenant is obligated to pay an advance of six months’ rent at the commencement of the lease agreement. This payment secures the initial period of the tenancy.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required from the tenant. This deposit will be held to cover any damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear and will be refunded at the end of the lease term, subject to the conditions outlined in the agreement.
Maintenance Charges:
- Maintenance charges are not included in the rental price and will be billed separately.
- The maintenance fees are calculated based on the total square footage of the rented space.
- The tenant is responsible for prompt payment of maintenance charges, as per the agreed-upon terms.
Termination Clause:
